Delivery & Returns

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £9.00

  • UK Standard Delivery is £9.00 and your order will be sent out via Royal Mail Recorded service and it requires a signature on receipt. Delivery within 2-3 working days. 
  • Orders placed on a Bank Holiday or weekend will be delivered 2-3 working days later.
  • A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door. 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £13.00

  • UK Next Day Delivery is £13.00 and your order will be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery requiring a signature on receipt. 
  • Deliveries placed on Monday - Friday before 2pm will be delivered by 1pm the next day. 
  • Orders placed on Saturday - Sunday by 2pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
  • Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.
  • A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door. 

EUROPE  DELIVERY - £21.00

  • Deliveries will be made within 4-7 working days from order.
  • Your order will be send via Royal Mail recorded post.
  • We suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as most deliveries are between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on International deliveries.
  • Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
  • Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

REST OF THE WORLD - £28.00

  • Deliveries will be made within 7-10 working days from order.
  • Your order will be send via Royal Mail recorded post.
  • We suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as most deliveries are between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on International deliveries.

SHIPPING GUIDE

GENERAL
As soon as your Order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. We send our products by Royal Mail post, using a registered delivery service and require a signature on delivery.

We will deliver your Order to the delivery address provided during the payment process using Paypal. We cannot deliver items within the same Order to multiple addresses.

Deliveries will be made to your door. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of products delivered.

TIMINGS
From time to time delays beyond our control may occur, in these rare cases we will use our reasonable endeavours to fulfil, dispatch and deliver your products within 10 working days of date of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times given at the time of placing an order are estimates only and do not equate to a guarantee.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, please review the “Return Policy” for more information. 

INSURANCE
Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you on delivery of the Products, provided the Order has been paid in full and has been correctly fulfilled. We will not accept any liability for loss, damage or destruction of Products after they have been delivered.

If you have specified a different recipient or destination, to your billing address (for example gifts or delivery to your office), then you accept that we are not responsible for failed delivery attempts, incorrect delivery, or liability for loss, damage or destruction of Products.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

RETURNS

CANCELLING ORDERS
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped, please contact us at info@loveartwearart.comIf your order has been shipped, you will need to return the item to us to get a refund. All order cancellations/returns must be made in writing, quoting your order number and sent within 14 working days of receiving the items (starting from the day after receipt). 

RETURN OR EXCHANGING ITEMS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in original saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund (see below for details), or exchange the item for a different size or colour if preferred. 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

  • You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
  • Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes must be returned with undamaged uppers and soles in their original packaging. Shoes returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • The costs of returning the item is your responsibility. 
  • We offer pre paid postage on exchanging products. Please contact us with your request and we will send you a pre paid postage label to attach to your exchange parcel.
  • Items may take up to 7 working days to be received and processed by us. We will notify you of receipt of returned items by email. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 7 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we'll get back to you within the hour.
  • If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us. 
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. We can not refund if we do not receive the returned items. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

WRONG ITEMS
If you have received an item that you did not originally order, please contact the customer service team. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited back to you Paypal account or payment card.

REFUNDS ON DELIVERY CHARGE
We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge expect in cases where the order was faulty. 

REFUND ON SALES TAX
Customs duties and Sales taxes for non-UK customers are non-refundable – you may be able to recover these by contacting your local relevant tax authority.

REFUND FOR THE INCORRECT AMOUNT
We are very sorry if we have made a mistake on your refund. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.
